Michael has owned and operated Royal Flush since 2008. He took over the business from his mother Jeanne Docherty and continues to be a large part of the family legacy as a passionate and active member of the design and construction community in Calgary. Michael is a husband and father of 3 young active boys. When he isn’t chasing them around he enjoys fly fishing.
Kara has been in the Kitchen & Bath industry for 19 years. She started in the industry at a young age after completing her Bachelor in Fine Arts from University of Victoria. During the early years of her career she also completed a Diploma in Interior Design from BCIT. She is married and a mother of two young children and in her spare time enjoys cycling, yoga & wine.
Caitlin has been with Royal Flush since 2012. She has a certificate in Interior Decorating from Bow Valley College and has been working in the design industry for 12 years. Caitlin has always had a passion for design and loves working with her clients to assist in creating their dream kitchen and bathrooms. Newly married she enjoys travelling with her husband, most recently exploring Croatia.
Susan joined the Royal Flush team in 2011, coming with over 20 years of sales management experience in both retail and as an entrepreneur. Currently she is in her 3rd year at U of C completing a certificate in Visual Arts specializing in Interior Design. She is happily married with 3 beautiful girls.
Jordan has been with the Royal Flush since 2008. He has an extensive knowledge of our products and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. He is your key point of contact for all pickups and deliveries. If you can't find him in the back he's out walking everybody's favorite employee, Sawyer.
