Design Associate
Susan joined the Royal Flush team in 2011, coming with over 20 years of sales management experience in both retail and as an entrepreneur. She recently completed a certificate in Visual Arts specializing in Interior Design from U of C. She is happily married with 3 beautiful girls.
Michael Docherty
Owner
Michael has owned and operated Royal Flush since 2008. He took over the business from his mother Jeanne Docherty and continues to be a large part of the family legacy as a passionate and active member of the design and construction community in Calgary. Michael is a husband and father of 3 young active boys. When he isn’t busy chasing the kids around he enjoys fly fishing and skiing.
Jordan Drougge
Warehouse Manager
Jordan has been with the Royal Flush since 2008. He has an extensive knowledge of our products and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. He is your key point of contact for all pickups and deliveries. If you can't find him in the back he's out walking everybody's favorite employee, Sawyer.
Marina Franco
Design Associate
Marina joined the Royal Flush team in 2021. She recently moved from Brazil in 2018 with her husband and two children. She has over a decade of experience in fashion and interior design and graduated from Bow Valley College in Interior Decorating in 2020. In her spare time she hopes to explore more of Canada with her loved ones. Always smiling and ready to help, please say ‘hello’ to her next time you stop by.
Nova Hamilton
Nova joins our team with 19 years experience in the industry. Early on in her career she completed certificates in Kitchen & Bath Design through the Art Institute of Vancouver. Finding an unexpected passion in plumbing she has gained extensive knowledge throughout the industry. Nova enjoys spending time exploring Calgary with friends & family during the week and escapes the city to spend time with her horse most weekends.
Kara Kenno
General Manager
Kara has been in the Kitchen & Bath industry for 22 years. She started in the industry at a young age after completing her Bachelor in Fine Arts from University of Victoria. During the early years of her career she also completed a Diploma in Interior Design from BCIT. She is an active mother of two and in her spare time enjoys cycling, x-country skiing & yoga.
Caitlin Klein
Design Associate
Caitlin has been with Royal Flush since 2012. She has a certificate in Interior Decorating from Bow Valley College and has been working in the design industry for 12 years. Caitlin has always had a passion for design and loves working with her clients to assist in creating their dream kitchen and bathrooms. Newly married she enjoys travelling with her husband, most recently exploring Croatia
Sharon Mauro
Design Associate
With over 20 years of experience in the plumbing and home building industry, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise to every project. She thrives on the social interactions involved in assisting customers with selections. Outside of the office Sharon enjoys traveling the world with her husband, indulging in skiing adventures during the winter and exploring the enchanting landscapes of Europe in the summer.
Andy O'Halloran
Design Associate
Andy has been a part of the Royal Flush team since 2022. He comes with 15 years experience in the Calgary plumbing industry. In his spare time you can find him in his art studio and traveling the world with his fiancé.
